This paper provides the coherent target monitoring of long-term ERS-1/2 data set and ASAR data set in Shanghai city. Coherent targets analysis is to find discrete point targets that exhibit phase stability over a long period of time. Using the methods of stacked differential interferograms, after estimating and removing the atmospheric and DEM error, the deformation phase series to fit the referred motion model along time series can be effectively computed through iterative procedures, and the deformation velocity can be finally measured in coherent target point. In our experiment, Validation of deformation model obtained using InSAR technology with the data collected from ground system is carried out. The coherence performance of ERS-1/2 and ASAR data set and the final deformation products are discussed.
