摘要

The results of work on setting-up new capacities with volume of output ≈20 MW per pear for production of solar cells and PV modules based on mono-Si in NPP "KVANT", Russia are presented in this report. The technology of solar cell allowed to set-up the production line on manufacturing with average efficiency 15-16% (AM1.5, 25°C). Manufacture of PV modules based on these solar cells is established. Parameters of these modules are as follows: PV modules KM: rating power id from 140W to 180W in two variants of serially connected 72 cells and 36 cells. Opportunities of 1.5 MW amorphous solar cell production line operating at "KVANT" as well as general characteristics including degradation of the given solar cells are presented.
