Optimizing the Performance of Existing Lift Installations in Hospitals

During the sixties and seventies of the last century a huge number of high rise hospitals and large university medical centres were built in Germany and Europe. Increasing health care demands such as higher amount of surgeries and the reduced duration of hospitals stays often require an adjustment of the existing lift systems. Jappsen Ingenieure want to present an example, how to improve the performance of existing hospital lift systems by the implementation of a special self-developed destination control system.
