The accreditation NADCAP is fundamental to work in aerospace field and Ferioli & Gianotti has decided to obtain this for increase its prestige. Naturally the NADCAP is very difficult: it is necessary hight quality personnel, high quality facility and a Quality System perfect. In this paper I would like to describe briefly how Ferioli & Gianotti managed the qualification process, to demonstrate that it is difficult, but possible, even in less time, if there is the commitment, resources and management support for any further claim.
