A novel technological process for high quality Nb nanoscale films preparation of large area (~200mm{sup}2) and constant thickness is developed based on DC-magnetron sputtering. Homogeneity and proper thickness of the Nb layer were proved by the target-holder movement during the DC sputtering. The increase of superconducting critical temperature is achieved - T{sub}c is 1.5K higher for films with comparable thickness, in comparison with films prepared by common technique.
