An equation of motion multiphonon approach tonuclear spectra and responses

摘要

Energies and electromagnetic transitions in ~16Oare evaluated by an equation of motionmethod which generates iteratively a microscopic multiphonon basis and solves exactly the nucleareigenvalue problem in such a basis. The computed quantities are greatly affected by the multiphononconfigurations and by the center of mass motion, here completely removed.
