Database of structure, energy and spectral characteristics of molecular complexes in atmosphere

The formation of stable molecular complexes it is possible in the atmosphere that can give a significant contribution to the radiation processes and to the thermo-balance atmospheric. This work describes the structure of molecular complexes like H_2O...M (M = F, Cl, SO_2, H_2O) and the database characteristics of the complexes formed by atmospheric molecules.
