Methods of construction of boundary operators for the boundary value problems for the Laplacian in the case of closed surface in R{sup}3 by means of simple layer potential in the Hilbert space normal derivatives elements of which have a jump through boundary surface were considered in [1]. The properties of these operators were investigated. Now we propose such methods and investigate the properties of corresponding operators in the case of tired boundary surface.
