Knowledge Coordinators for Social Innovation

摘要

This paper first analyzes the meaning and definition of regional reactivation projects and makes it clear present situation and problems. Then the paper discusses the coordinator skills which are required for leading success of regional reactivation projects. Excellent management of regional reactivation projects are needed to integrate different fields and positions from many aspects. We define such task knowledge coordination and call them who are leading projects knowledge coordinators. This paper tries to identify their roles and thereby define a knowledge coordinator for social innovation.
