It is the key to increase enterprise profit via production optimization and automation in the CIMS. In order to deal with the complexity of the research objects in the industry process technique, the control system should possess the intelligent learning and adaptive capability. According to the properties of a biological immune system, this paper presents an optimum design algorithm of Proportional, Integral, Derivative (PID) parameters based upon the immune evolution algorithm. By introducing memory cell and antibody concentration adjusting mechanisms, the immune evolution algorithm is given population diversity and able to ensure the rapid and stable convergence of an optimization point. Through simulation experiments it is shown that the algorithm is very effective.
