PRESENT STATUS AND FUTURE PERSPECTIVE OF IRONMAING IN CHINA

摘要

This paper introduces the general situation of blast furnace ironmaking in China and clarifies the achievements made in diminishing the industrial capacities, improving the quality of raw materials and fuel, increasing the size of blast furnaces, developing environmental protection technologies and non-blast furnace ironmaking technologies. It also points out problems in ironmaking production such as sinter and pellet properties, quality of coke, high blast temperature, blast furnace longevity, energy conservation and environmental protection. This paper clearly states that: ironmaking production should continue to improve the quality of raw materials and fuels, implement the fine materials principle, improve the level of refinement operation, reduce fuel ratio, attach importance to blast furnace longevity system, promote high blast temperature technology, develop technology of energy conservation and environment protection, explore the blast furnace big data and visualization technology, attach importance to ironmaking resources and environmental protection, pay attention to basic theoretical research, develop new processes and new technologies and strive to green and efficient ironmaking production.
