摘要

This paper introduces the concept of smart skin briefly and then gives a detailed introduction and explanation about the research development tendency both in domestic and overseas. During The Ninth Five-Year and The Tenth Five-Year, The First Aircraft Institute of AVIC-Ⅰ have been researched on the designs and experiments of smart skin about the leading edge shape control, and the result is achieved that intelligent material actuators are ideal for it. During the study, choosing single crystals piezoelectric (SCP) and piezoelectric composite as the actuator of smart skin in the leading edge shape control. Comparing the abilities of the two kinds of actuator,concluding piezoelectric composite is the better material. Intelligent actuator, which is attached to the surface of leading edge, can be deformed by actuator, which is connected to the structure. Using the MSN/NASTRAN software to analyze and calculate the match ability between intelligent material and smart skin and the analytic results meet the testing results. The paper gives a detailed introduction, which based on basic working process,software, hardware and algorithm, about the control-test system of the leading edge shape control smart skin.Using the control-test system to collect data as original data, it is appeared that the test results are close to the calculation results.
