Phenotypic characters of diploid and tetraploid Dactylis glomerata L. in China

摘要

Significant variations occur in phenotypic features between naturally distributed diploid and tetraploid Dactylis glomerata L. in China. Tetrapoid characteristics are upright inflorescences, larger seeds, short growth cycle, high tillering and production whereas diploids show pendulous inflorescences, small seeds, longer growth cycle and poorer productivity.
