The mechanism of lipoprotein in fishes is not clearly defined, and it is known HDL accumulates and consumes lipid. Therefore, to explain it, this study compared and reviewed 17 fish species about the composition of serum lipoprotein. And cultured red sea breams are cultured with exercise to compare and review the impact of exercise on serum lipoprotein. Wild red sea breams, cultured eel, striped jack, runner, lancer, mackerel, cutlass fish showed 2 HDL bands with HDL_2 and HDL_3. Cultured red sea bream, gizzard-shad, white-tongued crevalle, bambooleaf wrasse, black striped snapper, chicken grunt, scorpion fish, flounder, marbled sole, file fish, smooth-backed blowfish showed 1 HDL bands with HDL_3. By culturing with exercise, band of HDL_2 does not show any change and LDL peak increases after exercise.
