The paper analyzes the cause and rule of variation in the wood chemical composition, cellulose crystallinity by determining the content of cellulose, pentose, lignin, dissociate furfural and cellulose crystallinity in different stages of wood chips, hot-grinding cellulose, binderless fiberboard during the Dry-process binderless fiberboard manufacture process. The results can provide some scientific theory in revealing the bonding mechanism of he Dry-process Binderless Fiberboard.
