The enterprises' financial crisis early warning is a front research field and hot issues in managerial science and engineering, as well as a multidisciplinary crosscutting edge research topic. The BP neural network will be applied to M & A enterprises' financial crisis early warning system in this paper, and the indexes will be selected according to the financial crisis ofM & A corporate to reveal the crisis nature, the indexes system of early warning will also be established. Then select the training samples to train the neural network, After the forecasting confirmation, the establishment of the forecast model rests on this indexes system is feasible for financial crisis early warning analysis of listed companies M & A, moreover its forecast accuracy is also higher.
