Introduction: The course of Crohn's disease is quite variable in children andenterovesical fistula is a relatively rare condition (1.6%).Results: We report a case of a 15-year-old boy presenting with typical clinical signs of fistulous communication between the intestinal tract and bladder. This caused complications (abdominal abscess with concomitant sepsis), cystoscopic findings, intravenous urography and charcoaluria underlining the importance of respective clinical signs. In this patient we found the combination of clinical symptoms most often described: pneumaturia, fecaluria and haemorrhagic cystitis.
