MULTI-GIGABIT WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY AT 70 AND 80 GHz

This paper introduces a new radio technology that supports the fastest radios available today. Operating at the recently released 70 and 80 GHz bands, commercially available products offer full duplex data rates in excess of 1 Gbps in cost effect, reliable architectures, with carrier class 99.999% availability at distances of 1 mile or more. Cost effective pricing is transforming business models for backhaul and access connectivity providers.
