We measured the relaxation length of the quasiparticles in a multi-terminal tunnel junction device fabricated using electron beam lithography, by measuring the spatial distribution of quasiparticle density in a steady injection. Relaxation length estimated assuming exponential decay was found to be much shorter than the early experiment with much larger device size. We argued the possible relation of the relaxation length to the density of quasiparticles.
