摘要

A general criterion determining the optimal ways of achievement of main goal is to use of weighted balance between measurement method of processes in the structure or the substructure and the information processing method for a life/health condition monitoring (damage detection) in a quickly and complicatedly functioning mechanical structure. What should we do and how in order to distinguish between different results in the presence of anomalies in a functioning structure reflecting the origin and the development of future problems? We need to see anomalies both in case when structure functions normally and in case when it does not. Which multi-disciplinary technologies of the monitoring and/or diagnostics should be used in the system for optimal control? The measurement/ registration method of dynamics of development of abnormal processes in the structure or its elements is described. Completely integrated solutions to an object for life and health condition monitoring is given. A multi-parameter on-line process- decision approach to detecting and diagnosing of dynamics of object's anomalies using information about quickly proceeding processes and vibration processes is presented as an example. These and other attendant problems are analysed in this paper.
