摘要

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is an honor to be here with you today so I can share with you my experiences concerning a very tragic event that happened to our country on September 11, 2001. First, I am going to share with you my experiences on that day at FAA Headquarters. Second, I will present to you an account of the ensuing 3 months I spent at the FBI Command Center in New York City. Finally, I will share with you my role during the first few harrowing hours following the crash of American Airlines Flight 587.
