A module-based TRIZ-Approach for Solving Technical Problems in Production Design

摘要

Technical problems within production design call for appropriate and innovative technical solutions. The TRIZ concept provides a powerful set of different methods and tools to handle a wide range of technical problems in a company's environment. But, TRIZ still lacks a systematic methodology for flexible problem-solving in particular within the design of production processes. For that reason, a flexible, simplified approach for the systematic, problem-solver- and problem-oriented application of TRIZ in the field of production design is proposed. This approach has already been successfully tested and evaluated in different technical problem cases. It could be shown that it provides an excellent opportunity to support and improve existing efforts in problem-solving.
