摘要

Based on the thorough review of the past research about compensation and psychological contract, the paper examines the relationships among compensation model, psychological contract and employee contributions, using data of 526 employees from 20 companies. Results show that compensation model has a significant effect on intention to turnover, task performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, psychological contract fulfillment mediated the relationships between compensation model and intention to turnover, task performance and OCB. At last, the paper discussed the applications, the implications of the study and the directions for future research.
