THE STUDY OF INDUSTRY CHAIN AND RD COLLABORATION MODE SURROUNDING CORE ENTERPRISE

Enterprise dominant innovation cooperation system is the strategy focus to deepen scientific system reform and construct national innovation system. Even more R&D cooperation between firms surrounding the core firms is the key point to improve industry chain and integrate science resources. Facing some problems, such as the incomplete of the industry chain fitting system, the slowness of development of the innovation cooperation network and R&D collaboration based on the specialization, the paper firstly analyses the causations of constructing R&D cooperation system surrounding the core firms at present. Then the representative regional industry chain and R&D cooperation system are studied. On the basis of these analyses, the paper proposes four representative modes of R&D collaboration modes emerging these years in market economy conditions. Some operation management suggestions are also provided for government and enterprises at the end.
