Application of QFD in the Design of the Large Central Air Conditioning System

摘要

To aim at the existing problems such as the unclear requirements of the client, the much frequency of design variation, the low quality of the construction and services and the low satisfaction of the client in the process of implementing the projects of large central air conditioning system, the systematically quantificational lay-out and design for the air conditioning system is needed by applying the technology of Quality Function Deployment (QFD). To adequately survey and analyze the requirements of the client and strategic partnering companies, and then, converting this requirements to the quality characters of the design, the House of Quality (HOQ) of the large central air conditioning system shall be established gradually to analyze and evaluate the requirements of the client and the competitive ability of the product quality.
