In this paper was describing that for widely used types of operators' and personnel workplaces at drilling stations, exploration complexes, loading and delivery machines as well as excavators, bulldozers and heavy trucks the most appropriate protection measure is to use vibro-impact-protective and noise-reducing cabins. This problem can be solved as a group or general vibration protection problem on the basis of specially developed vibro-impact-protective platforms. In this variant the platform with the object under protection is hung at the external outline of the platform on its base level. A considerable amount of research and experiments on elastic-damping elements of cable-torsion type was conducted. In these experiments cambered springs fixed at the cable endpoints were used as elastic elements. On the basis of torsion-cable elastic-damping elements of consecutive type, kinematic schemes of nine modifications of vibration isolation platform with various carrying capacity were developed.
