摘要

It's very difficult to diagnose the rolling elements bearing's faults of the reciprocating machine is because the signals are mixed with lots of other signal which can not be eliminated easily. In this paper, the conclusion that the affection of the machine vibration to strain signal can be ignored was gained by the theoretic deducing. the method of fault diagnose of rolling elements bearing in reciprocating machine based on strain signal and Incipient Failure Detection technology is provided. And the result of experiment proved that the method is effective.
