摘要

Residual strength and durability of structural steels with BCC and FCC structure after cyclic deformation at different stress amplitudes and numbers of cycles were estimated. The correlation of the evaluated characteristics with physical properties and material's structure including acoustic (acoustic emission, velocity and attenuation of ultrasonic waves) and the damage parameters determined by the method of replicas was found. According to conducted research diagnostic criteria of the material's state during exploitation were proposed.
