This work presents the summarizing of velocity field observation data in the region of quiescent filaments, obtained at the Sayan Solar Observatory (ISTP, Irkutsk) from 2001 to 2004. The spectral velocity field observations are carried out simultaneously at the both solar atmosphere levels in the line H{sub}β (λ486.1 nm line chromosphere level) and Fe I (λ486.3 nm, photosphere level). We scan the filaments and nearby regions, and as a result the 2-D velocity distribution is obtained. The analysis of stationary and oscillation plasma motion properties in various parts of filaments is done in this work on basis of the available data.
