WORKING ENVIRONMENT IN AN AUTOMOTIVE PARTS MANUFACTURING FACTORY WITH AXIAL FAN VENTILATION SYSTEM

It is important for the workers that the design of ventilation equipments in an automotive parts manufacturing factory to make good thermal environment and (IAQ). In this paper, working environment in an automotive parts manufacturing factory in summer with axial fan ventilation system was investigated by experimental. 54 axial fans were installed on ceiling in the factory. In case of the axial fan ventilation system operating, the average temperature in this factory was showed lower about 3.6 °C than that of natural ventilation system. And the average velocity was increased about 0.5 m/s. Therefore the (IAQ) and thermal comfort in the automotive parts manufacturing factory was improved after the axial fan ventilation system installation.
