Estimation of the inhalation risk to the health of children in conditions of air contamination in kindergartens by formaldehyde contained in furniture and decoration materials

The article demonstrates the results of formaldehyde concentrations in indoor air in infant schools' grounds and the data of furniture 《intension》 (《loading factor》) in rooms. The results of inhalation exposure to formaldehyde are given. It has been revealed that the average annual concentration of formaldehyde exposed by children was 0.0106±0.0008 mg/m~3.
