Gear adaptive stepless drive with constant engagement of cogwheels is created on the basis of the discovery "Effect of Force Adaptation in Mechanics": the mechanism with two degrees of freedom at constant input power has output working body property to adapt with variable loading on it due to independent change of its output speed. In work laws of motion of the adaptive stepless gearing mechanism in dynamics are considered, the interrelation of parameters is analyzed and required limits of their quantities are found. The practical serviceability and efficiency of the mechanism are proved. The opportunity of the mechanism adaptation to variable external loading is confirmed. This drive can be used as an automatic not switched gear-box of the automobile.
