WIRELESS NETWORK FACILITATING LEARNING - TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER FROM IDEA TO BUSINESS

This paper focuses on the creation and benefits of a wireless network that connects four universities and several companies in the Turku-region, Finland. We illustrate the key aspects of this network -^sSparkNet - and use a framework to analyze the benefits of the network. SparkNet can be used in various ways. In this paper, we use business plan guidance as an example of a training course.
