摘要

The technique of vibratory tapping is the application of vibratory cutting theory in making precision internal thread. Therefore, it has important practice significance in studying applied equipment and machine tool of vibratory tapping. This article introduced mainly microcomputer control system of vibratory tapping machine that was designed and made by us. Firstly its design requirement and basic function was introduced. Secondly, the hardware configuration and hardware interface of microcomputer control system was analyzed. Finally, the thought of design, the structural style and the function character of its software part were shown. It has been proved that our microcomputer control system has a stable work state and good service performance.
