Fuzzy Data Fusion of High Pressure Dynamic Calibration

Gas shock tube and quick-opening valve are two kinds of high pressure dynamic calibration equipment, but they have different features. Generally, gas shock tube can calibrate the high frequency but pressure cannot surpass 100Mpa. Quick-opening valve pressure can reach the 1000Mpa, but it only can calibrate the low frequency. In order to overcome the shortcomings of gas shock tube and quick-opening valve and take advantage of their strongpoint, the two equipments were used to carry out the tests respectively. The data fusion theory is proposed to establish the uniform model according to the quantity criterion. The fuzzy inference is adopted to give the quantity criterion for deciding the weight. In order to verify the fusion model, the water shock tube is used to do the dynamic calibration. The study results indicate that the integrated model is right and the fusion method proposed by this paper is also right.
