Monitor and Control System with Micro-controller of Ellipticity on Line

摘要

In this paper, the monitor and control system with micro-controller on line is designed for the non-touching ellipticity. It can measure the output signal of the laser photo-electricity sensor CCD. This system has a lot of functions, such as measuring the diameter on real time, closed-loop control, communications, print and so on. Especially it has the feature of ISP (In System Programable). This feature offers the ability to program in system. The amendatory methods of diameter non-linearity and the algorithm of closed-loop control are introduced. The schematic diagram of hardware and the flow of software of the system are presented. The running result shows that the system has great precision, fine features of real time, and closed-loop control, stability and reliability.
