Development of Green Building Based on Modern Science and Technology in China

摘要

On the basis of the introduction of the implication and characteristic of green building, this paper dicusses the influnence on the development of green building which has been made by modern revolution in science and technology and analyses the advantage and deficiency existing in the development of green building in China. Confronted with the challenge of energy-saving and environmental protection that come from the development of building industry in China at the present stage, the strategy to develop green building is studied and some suggestions and conrete measures are proposed. In the end , this paper indicates that we should develop the green building based on the modern science and technology, which will accord with sustainable development strategy and help to realize the harmony development among people, building and natural environment.
