A new Design SGCT Unit With Compact High dl/dt Gate Drive Unit

摘要

Variable types (Symmetrical, Asymmetrical and reverse conducting) of GCT unit have been realized in the field of industrial high power application. In order to realize higher performance system and more suitable system, development of next stage GCT unit is expected. In this paper new Design SGCT (Symmetrical GCT) unit is presented.
