SEMiX~reg; 13 - new compact 6-pack to optimize inverter designs

SEMiX~®13 is a 6-pack IGBT module which is based on the same design principle as the well-established SEMiX~®3 standard IGBT half-bridge module. It allows a downward performance scaling of the SEMiX~® platform. The article underlines the electrical characteristics of the 1200V trench IGBT module and the short circuit behaviour. The product is available in 600 V and 1200 V IGBT~3 trench technology. The 1200 V modules are also available as Soft-Punch-Through (SPT) technology.
