DESIGN PROBLEMS OF RESCUE-RADAR

The main problems arising to design continuous-signalrescue-radars are discussed. The block-diagram of arescue-radar, signal processing and specific radars designare presented. In signal processing it is propoused toemploy the multiplicative unstationarity processes modelwith shared variables. When synthesizing the algorithmsfor detecting recognizing and identifying objects it isnecessary to make use of periodically correlated processesmodel. The experimental datas to detecting humanheartbeat and breathing are presented.
