摘要

Aimed to actual of mould polishing, a new way for polishing method of mould cavities surface- vibration polishing was put forward. Vibration polishing powers the vibration table use of electromotion. We had designed 3D vibration polishing equipment working on sympathetic vibration in order to improved efficiency of vibration polishing collision and rub sufficient. Collision can change microeosmic rough at the same time rubbing can level off surface finish and avoid microeosmic crack because of minim-allowance grind which make to vibration polishing. Mould curved surfaces can't influence vibration polishing because of polishing medium is soft so that it "contact" Mould curved surfaces very good. It can satisfy request of work piece surface finish less than 0.2μm through test. Not only releases worker from heavy work but also new technology with efficient energy saving and environmental protection of vibration polishing instead of manpower polishing. Application prospects of the technology to the precision processing of moulds were stated.
