摘要

Although the CAE technology development makes the determination of injection parameters more scientific, the real-time controlling of injection parameter is not solved yet. For realizing to control the injection parameter automatically, the special environment of mold cavity and its requirement to the sensor is discussed. It point that the micro-sensor made by piezoelectric material, PZT, is one of the best which suit the mold cavity special situation because this type of sensor has the advantage of small volume, rapid answer, high sensitivity, low require for environment and so on. A construction of micro-sensor used in examination of the pressure in injection mold cavity is introduced. At last it believe that the quality of plastics made in our country will get a great progress with the deep research of PZT piezoelectric film.
