Research and Implementation of Web based Die/Mold Product Development Platform

摘要

The development of network technology makes the network manufacturing which is based on internet/intranet among the cooperative enterprises possible. Taking car lamp mould as the design object, the paper mainly describes the system structure of the product development platform. Then it also introduces the functionality design which including following subsystems: PDM, 3D modeling, CAE, process design, collaborative design, customization platform and fast response, etc. At the end, it illustrates the realization methods and the key technologies of each model. The whole system is applied into practice in a mould company in Huangyan. The system works stable and is easy to operate. It can be widely applied in manufacture fields. This research work did contribution to further exploration of web-based network manufacturing.
