In CAD/CAM system, the complicated profiles such as dies, aircraft models and blades are usually represented in parametric curve and surface having many advantages. In contrast, there are some disadvantages in existing parametric interpolator and feed control method. In the basis of it, parabola-line-parabola S shape Acce-Dece method forehand Nurbs interpolator was put forward, taking chord error and jerk into consideration, solving rationally difficulty in the predetermination Dece-point. In this method, optimized and simplified algorithms are taken step so that real-time adaptive control Nurbs interpolation is realized. Simulation results indicate that real-time adaptive control method improved parametric (Nurbs) interpolator.
