The Simple Discussion on the Characteristics and the Sustainable Utilization Way of Water Resource in Lingwu City on the Upper Reaches of the Yellow River

摘要

In this paper, the characteristics and the exploited condition of water resources in the city of Lingwu are analyzed, also including main problems. Several proposals are offered for the sustainable utilization ways of water resources in agricultural water saving, waste water retrieval and reuse, water resources protection, water conservancy works construction, optimal allocation of water resources and so on.
