Posts and Telecommunications Subject Database Managing System Basing on DC and XML

摘要

For posts and telecommunications subject database constructing, we design and develop a set of digital resources processing system basing on the DC and XML. The system supports the function of digital collection, processing, bibliography description, storage, organization and publishing of text, pictures or images, audio and video frequency and other multi-media information. The system technical architecture and the system functions technical realization are elaborated in the paper.
