Functional inks applicable for Inkjet printing are a growing research field. Inkjet printing is used in more and more applications and therefore material development is growing as well. In this study we show the combination of monodispers iron oxide nanoparticles in solvent based sol-gel inks and acrylate based UV-curing inks. The synthesis and characterization as well as the incorporation of the iron oxide nanoparticles into the inks is described.
