摘要

Conductive fiber is widely used in modern fabrics to be anti-electrostatic clothing. Its antistatic principle is that through electron conduction and corona discharge to eliminate static. Conductive fiber has excellent antistatic ability and good washing resistance, but yet the price of conductive fiber is very high, so effectively controlling conductive fiber's content is very important to decrease the cost of antistatic fabrics. However if its content is decrease the antistatic result will get weak. So we must study the relation between the content of conductive fiber on fabrics and antistatic ability, then find out the appropriate content to direct manufacture. This paper studies the relationship between conductive fiber's interval in the antistatic fabrics and conductive fiber's content, as well as the one between the interval and the fabric's antistatic property. By curve imitation with computer, the curve regression equation among the variables is obtained. And in terms of the permit electricity density per unit area, work out that the conductive fiber's academic interval is 2.78 cm and the academic content is 0.312%. In the practical production, It can be amended according with the products' purpose.
