Conventional gas compressors require a separation of liquid(water,condensate)as well as a cooling of the transported gas stream which cause significant expenses and limit the economic recovery of gas reserves to quite big reservoirs.The Wet Gas Compression Technology is based on multiphase transport systems for(live)oil recovery and is further developed for extremely high gas content.As this new type of machines is capable to handle any portion of liquid,i.e.either to handle pure gas,100 % liquid or any mixture in between,this new type of equipment is able to work without auxiliary devices.Hence the total investment costs for gas compression units can be significantly reduced which allows to economically produce even a small gas reservoir.
