摘要

To evaluate how much gravitational load (Gz load) people are experiencing on earth (1G environment) in 24 hours, 70 cases of young adult women answered questionnaires which asked what kind of posture they keep and how long they maintain each posture during the whole day. The Gz load of each posture was supposed and each of total Gz load scores was calculated by multiplying each Gz load of each posture by each duration time. The average of total Gz load scores was 13.8 +/- 2.4 Gz~*hr (mean +/-SD). This is just one of the proposals of how to evaluate the gravitational load people are experiencing on earth; however this method may be useful to settle the Gz loads which are made by using short-arm centrifuge (artificial gravity) in space ships or on space stations.
